Hello. I was recently accepted as a bio major and I am on a premed track. However I'm wondering if most people major in health sciences for premed? I didnt know it existed...which major should I pick??

A major in biology is most common for the pre-med track; it covers all the chem and physics and math classes that most med schools have as requisites for applying. Health sciences I don’t believe covers all the math or science courses you might need in order to be competitive for med school apps. I would go bio; if you never heard about it before and you’re unsure, go with what you know and what your gut says.

Ok thanks! That helps. I was planning on bio anyway!
