As of right now, I am currently a Biochem major with a medical emphaisis. I plan on going to grad school. However, I was wondering if biochem is as hard as engineering. I enjoy doing math and was pretty good in physics. From what people have said about biochem, it seems likes really hard. I was thinking about switching from biochem to an engineering program if the pace is about the same. Thanks!

To answer your question, everyone has different strengths, so I’m sure a fair number of people would find biochem harder. However, I think in general engineering majors are considered a bit harder. As for whether you should switch, it depends what you want to do after school (what type of grad school?). The majors you listed are all very different from each other and lead to totally different career paths. If you don’t know, look up what people in each of those majors go on to do and figure out which is most interesting to you.
