hey guys!
i’m an international applicant so i don’t know much about the US college system 
my intended major is biochemistry but when looking through universities’ majors lists i couldn’t find mine. Does it mean the colleges i searched do not offer BS in biochemistry or…?
please help me out 
Many Biology degrees can be had with either biochemistry or “traditional” emphasis. Molecular Biology is also commonly seen as a degree description.
I do not know which colleges you are looking at but most state schools will have Biochemistry as a major.
What is your financial situation? What are your Stats? Where would you like to go to school?

thank you for the reply! when using search engines such as “universities and colleges that offer biochem major” i found some colleges i was particularly interested in applying to. However, there is no info on their websites about offering biochem major (like the major is not in the majors list) do you think it is best to email colleges myself? or do i not understand something…?
Could you list 1 or 2 schools of interest just so see if i can pull up some information?
The university websites are pretty straight forward, but sometimes you have to do a little digging.
If you have specific questions, I could try to send an email. General questions, many times they will refer to their website.
Which state are you interested in attending school? If I remember right UC Davis and I think UC Santa Barbara offer biochemistry.

Both JH and princeton have really good biochemistry programs. Some schools tend to list the major under molecular biology so that might be your problem
