This would be the very last semester of senior year when completing the Biochemistry (BS) Degree.
Do you think this is bearable to go through?
How tough are these courses?

Also does it matter whether you pursue a BA or a BS degree for Biochemistry?
What are the opportunities for Graduate school with a Biochemistry degree? What kind of programs can you pursues except for medical school or pharmacy school?

Anyone's insights with experience in a Biochemistry program would be appreciated!
*** still not sure whether to pursue this program :/ I am not sure whether I really want to do research if i go with this major.

There is no answer to your questions because it depends entirely on your own abilities/aptitude, your own circumstances, and the specific professors teaching the courses. What’s difficult for one person might be doablefor you, and vice versa. Only you can answer this.

Get a BS. Do not get a BA. Employers and possibly graduate schools (I don’t have experience applying to biology or chemistry graduate programs, so I may be wrong) will frown upon the BA and, generally speaking, having a BA in a scientific field instead of a BS can only hurt you.
Employment prospects with a bachelor’s in science are pretty bad. To clarify, I mean employment prospects in a field related to your degree. At the very least, you will have to get an MS. If you’re interested in health and epidemiology, you could look into the MPH route, to name but one option.
