I'm a high school senior, and right now I'm interested in both bioengineering and finance. I would like to either do financial consulting/i-banking or get into the management aspect of the pharma/biotech industries. Would it be feasible to do a dual major between bioengineering and finance or should I major in one and minor in the other?

Dual Major? No

Choose what you like better and go with that. To me it seems like you like business/finance more since you only want to manage biotech companies.

You would be in school 6 years to do that.

Northwestern offers a MBA dual-degree program that you might want to consider wayyyy down the line. Look at their MBA/MMM program.

I am considering it in the future–if I can get in!
