<p>HATE this class. got a 97% on plants midterm and 93% on the evolution midterm .
got above 90% in lab, which got lowered to 88%. </p>
<p>and now I got a B+ despite the good grades I worked so hard for throughout the semester. EFF this class. i think how its structured is so unfair, especially the whole 85% deal, which works against most people. hate berkeley.</p>
<p>damn that sucks. maybe you did worse on the final+MT3 than you thought? it was a huge chunk of our grade after all.</p>

<p>is it normal to get below average grades in science courses in freshman year? I feel so down, worked so hard - but I still couldn’t do well in either chem or bio… i hope med school isn’t out of the question for me.</p>

<p>freshman year- don’t worry about it too much, i got my first C in my freshman year lol and i barely made 3.0 gpa. but you can easily make it up. i just finished with my second year, and i was able to raise it up pretty fast, since you don’t have that much points piled up. one or two A’s make a big difference, and you will learn how to study. </p>
<p>also, maybe bio mc questions are not your strong poitns. personally, i did way better in ochems and chem classes than in bio 1a/1b (in both bio classes, i was getting an A and then got lowered to B+ after the finals ■■■ lol) dont worry maybe multiple choice/bio is not your strength.

<p>yeah, i prob got like a ~B range on MT3/final because i was getting 91% before then because of effing lab grade that got lowered…</p>
<p>but still. i cant help but feel rigged and angry/sad. adjkfakfdf why does berkeley try to LOWER our grades, when other schools try to give better grade? ■■■.</p>
<p>Are the grades on bearfacts correct? I don’t want to celebrate for no reason.
I really thought I was going to get a B- or C because of the final but I ended up getting an A. I really don’t want to be crushed if the grades are incorrect.</p>
<p>Yeah… I got a 97% on Plant Midterm, 87% on Evolution, and 97% in lab… which got curved down to like an 81% I believe. I got a horrible grade.</p>
