Biology and Society, Bioethics

Hey everyone!
I was wondering if you could help me out with my college list.
Anyone know of some schools with good bioethics or bio/society programs? I want to do pre-med with one of these majors.

Cornell seems to be good for this, but I need safeties and other matches/reaches.

To help you out, my "stats" are:
sat's low for those top schools but hope grades make up for it...
satI = 1970 (retaking...that was a bad day)
gpa = 4.25, rank = top 1%
satii's = bio, physics, math ic, us history = 750, 740, 760, 740, respectively.
EC's are probably one of my strong points. Highlights include:
LOTS of science competitions (awards at national competitions), science olympiad, but also involved in student govt, founded political club, have organized community activities involving educating people about science issues/charity events for research.

Please tell me what other schools might be good. I am thinking about Cornell, JHU, Duke, Georgetown, Michigan, Chicago (not really sure about how well the last ones fit). Do you think these fit well? Or if you think another major might fit, don't hesitate to post...I could go into Epidemiology or BME, too, which are the focus of my science research.

Any thoughts at all will be appreciated!

Georgia Tech in Atlanta and Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts both have cirriculums that deeply explore the effect of science/technology on society, with a strong examination of ethics.

Penn and Brown also have this.

Duke is very strong in that area. I would also add

Emory
UC Davis
U Minnesota
UNC Chapel Hill
Union
U Pittsburgh
UVA

Emory with the CDC next door might be the best choice.

princeton offers classes on bioethics.

Rice has Policy Studies with a Health Care Management concentration. This is a secondary major and must be in conjunction to another major.

Thanks! Any more opinions/options?
