Biology/Business...HELP!!

I have decided to either attend Texas A&M [biology major (full ride) ] or Emory (liberal arts for 2 yrs then goizueta business school). Preferably, after 1 yr, i would like to transfer to the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin. UT Austin requires that their transfer applicants have completed 2 of the 4 following:

MIS 310
Calculus I, II
Micro & Macro econ

as well as have a 3.0 gpa and 30 credit hrs completed (how many classes will get you 30 credit hrs?)

My main question is this. Would it be better to go to A&M as a biology major( i might change to liberal arts) for a year and take the required courses for UT and apply for a UT transfer, or would it be better to go to Emory as a liberal arts major and then transfer from there. Also, is it even possible to take calculus, micro and macro econ my first year as a college freshman even if i am majoring in biology? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
