Biology Major and Piano Performance Minor? Help?

I'm a sophomore in high school, and I'm starting to look into which colleges I want to attend. I know that in the long run I want to be some sort of doctor, preferably a cardiothoracic surgeon. Currently I'm attending one of the top high schools in the country, OCHSA, and in the top 10 percent of my class. I have above a 4.2 GPA and am aiming for a 4.8 for my junior year.

Now, I've been playing piano since I was six or seven years old, although I did take a 2-3 year break when I was 10. I love playing the piano, and it's my passion, as is medicine; however I know that becoming a professional pianist is a really competitive field, and frankly, there's not much of a chance of becoming successful. That being said I really do want to have piano be an integral part of my life as I grow older. I'm looking for a college that offers both a strong pre-medical program and a good music program.

I know UCLA has a good music school, however they don't allow students to minor in piano performance. So, please, can anyone direct me towards a college that offers a music performance minor? Thank you so much!(:
