many of my friends recieved 5s on their Bio APs however they recieved low (i mean less than 700 )SAT IIs on Bio...can anyone recommend a good prep book that will cover "test" material??

Does anyone know any other easy self-study SAT II...i already have math2, and US history...going to have Bio...and i am trying to look for another easy "800"?

I used PR and Sparknotes and got a 750 with a non-AP course taught in school, and used this to get a 5 in AP Bio, not the other way around (strange). If you know AP level material then yes, it is an easy 800.

lol get barrons...i got a 790 without much prep ..(maybe a week) ..but then again i took AP and got a 5

Btw ..when i first started taking practice tests for SATII WITHOUT prepping (depending on my AP knowledge)..i got high 600's (670-690) ..but that was only my first one..then i prepped a bit and scroed in the high 700's all the time (even got an 800 once..lol) ...so like...even if u know AP REALLY well..prepping for the SAT II is a MUST ... i knew ppl who got 5's on AP ..and were pretty good with AP too..but they ended up not prepping for the SAT II tat much..and ended up with high 600s..which isnt so good... (thats probably what happened with your friends)

so yea it IS an easy 800 ..u just need to prep a bit after the AP Test

I found that there was quite a bit of information on the SATII Bio that isn't covered in the AP curriculum (some hormonal and development stuff, etc.). I got a 5 on the AP test but only a 710 on the SATII after studying with Kaplan for four or five hours.

ME 2! i got a 5 on my ap test & only a 640 on bio-m! I'm not sure if I should retake it or jus leave it alone & do better in some other sat ii..
