Hi everyone, I'm really interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources (corporate maybe), or possibly High Education Administration. I'm currently an undecided freshman at USC, but I plan to major in Business Administration (management and organizational track). However, as happy as I am with my current plan, I still feel the need to add on a second major. So far, I've been considering adding on Sociology; I just really enjoy Social Sciences, and I feel that Sociology will help expand my critical analytical and writing skills, as well as ethics in the workforce when it comes to decision making. Would I need to go to grad school to obtain a "higher-end" job in HR? I definitely want to leave that option open, so I will maintain a gpa of 3.5+ and try to get some internships. Any input on major choice or anything would be great. Thanks in advance.
