Blindfold Chess at Berkeley?

I know there are a couple of Chess Clubs on campus, but do any specialize or do blindfold chess? I'm finding it hard to find someone at my level who'll do it with me.

Really? There are active chess clubs on campus?

I don’t know about blindfold but I’d love to play some normal chess…

The person you play with doesn’t have to also be blindfolded. You can get someone who plays at your blindfolded level when they aren’t.

@XCyoungX: Well I was looking at the clubs listed on the Student Organization website and there were a few: [Student Organizations | UC Berkeley](http://students.berkeley.edu/osl/studentgroups/public/index.asp?todo=getgroupinfo&SGID=13950)

@Lagging: Outside of my high school chess club, I don’t know any people good at chess. But I suppose I could invite a few friends over and introduce them to the game.

lol lucyan ill play you. I’m ranked 2000 .
e4

@Lucyan: Yeah I know but I have to wonder whether those clubs are still active. I found a “competitive chess club” earlier but it turns out the organizers were already graduated. Would be SWEET if there was a real club tho; I played chess a lot back in the day.

@dragoon: we should play lol I was ~1850ish before I stopped playing competitively. I’m probably a lot worse now tho. e5!

Nf3

Lol me too I stopped playing 4 years ago.
