<p>Hey guys recently me and a friend found this internship near Berkeley, CA called BLIPS BLIPS</a> Home and I saw a thread saying it was a horrible wait, and many of the people that did the applications were asked to wait until future deadlines, and eventually didn't even get in.
Should I still apply for this internship? It is also partially because I want to paste it onto my college app lol..</p>

<p>In my opinion, this program is a little ridiculous to its applicants. They give preference to students from certain areas, the admit rate is insanely low, and they aren’t good about notifying applicants. Some kids had to wait until like June, and ended up being rejected. Also, this lab is primarily a physics lab, but most applicants have only taken bio/chem so if you haven’t taken physics/shown interest it makes it even worse. </p>
<p>However, if you have the time then why not just send in an app? </p>
<p>Btw I realize this is old but maybe kids next year will need it and it was bumped up lawl.</p>
