<p>Seems like an interesting program, anyone had experience going to this program?</p>
<p>It says if accepted you have to attend. Also wondering how they enforce that?</p>
<p>I really want to apply and go, but I'm afraid if I get into both BLIPS and another summer program that I won't get the option to chose between the two and be forced to go to BLIPS.</p>

I know that if you attend the program, you can't miss a day...</p>
<p>It says it during the online application process where you have to check the boxes and click I agree.</p>

<p>All I know is that they ruined my kids summer one year by stringing him along past the deadline of acceptances and then told hom no at the last minute one week before it was to start</p>

<p>Hopefully everything got turned in fine. It was really confusing with all the problems they had with their website and teacher recommendations.</p>

<p>I got my confirmation only today 
so late.</p>
<p>I received my confirmation letter about a week ago. It said that they would notify me no later than May 1st if they had a position to offer. Doesn’t that seem really late?</p>

<p>Yes, me too. I just got a letter saying that I will be considered in the next round of selections. They also said that they would notify me of my acceptance by May 22.</p>
<p>Same, I got it too. Hopefully it means something and we get something out of waiting till MAY 22ND! I think now, the individual researchers/mentors will choose students that they like.</p>
<p>hello just wanted to hear from u guys who got a message saying that you moved on to the second round. did you guys end up getting accepted on may22nd?..or was it totally not worth the wait?</p>
