<p>I blog for an important organization. How good of an extracurricular activity is this? </p>
<p>Mind you, I'm not doing the blogging so it will look good on my resume but since I am doing it anyway I just want to know about its "value". Thanks.</p>
<p>If it’s an important organization, it’s fine to put it on. Hopefully you do more than write 2 paragraphs every weekend though. How long does blogging for this org. actually take?</p>
<p>It depends what kind of an important organization it is.</p>
<p>It probably takes anywhere from 1-4 hours a week. </p>
<p>It’s not a very well known organization per say, but it’s a grassroots organization that advocates for important causes that I’m passionate about.</p>
<p>I do the same thing, so I’d say that it’s a perfectly fine EC.</p>
