<p>The person I talked to in Admissions seemed to be confused why so many of us think the decision date is February 15. She told me that they'd be mailing "later this week."</p>

<p>We are "confused" about it being February 15th because it said so. I was really hoping to get it tomorrow, but if they haven't sent it yet then I guess we will just have to wait.</p>
<p>yep... i also called and the woman said they'll be sent out later than the 15th. i think we'll probably all be waiting until next week. ick.</p>
<p>edit: oh and i forget to mention.. that i asked if midyear grades need to be in for the blue ribbon applicants. she said that they aren't considered for us, but are still required to be sent to have a 'complete application'</p>

<p>What constitutes MID FEB, am i wrong in thinking that the middle of feb. is the 14 and thus mid feb? They said BY mid feb...and now im just rambling bc i hate homework and dont want to do mine</p>

<p>Well, astroalex, they did say "mid Feb" on the application, not the 15th, but I still agree that this is very annoying. I was expecting mine in the mail yesterday as "mid Feb" would have been the 14th, but I was disappointed to learn that they haven't sent the letters out yet. Does anyone know when the school will actually send out the letters?</p>
<p>a student who works in the admissions office said they're being sent out this friday.. but there hasn't been an official date released</p>
<p>I can't speak for anyone else, but I know for a fact that I read February 15th at some point during the process. It may have been listed as one of the advantages of the Blue Ribbon, or it may have been in the email sent when completing the online application. We don't just make up this stuff. :p</p>
<p>Anyway, like I said, I'm willing to wait.</p>
