BME/BCE and CS schools fitting these criteria

<p>Im looking for schools that are strong in the bio (biomedical and biochemical engineering) and computer science fields, so I don't have decide now which I prefer.
Also, some general criteria Im looking for:</p>

<p>Small size (=>5,000ish)
Not in a big city
Not required, but I would like a warm location</p>

<p>The only schools I have so far matching all of these is Cal Tech and Rice, though Carnegie Mellon, Wash U, and Stanford also match most but not all of these.</p>

<p>Any suggestions for others that match most if not all of these?</p>

<p>Caltech is in Pasadena (Los Angeles) and Rice is in Houston...both are huge cities.</p>

<p>Duke has a top biomedical engineering department....and their EECS department is good too.</p>

<p>I guess by not in a big city, I'm thinking Atlanta, where Ga Tech is. I hate their campus. From what I've been told cal tech and rice are both kind of situated outside the big city. I hope that makes sense</p>
