If I don’t get into BME, will I still be accepted to JHU?

Your stats are competitive for the program. The best indicator at this point is to look at the stats of those accepted ED into the program to get an idea of the applicant pool and what the AdCom is looking for. Remember though that stats are far from the whole picture for why an applicant was accepted.
You can still be accepted to JHU for all other programs (both the Engineering School and the School of Arts and Sciences) even if you are not accepted into the BME program.
