I want to go to a boarding school for 10th year. What are somethings I have to do? I’m going to need financial aid too. The taft school is my first option. Please help me!
Almost all schools have a “how to apply” or “the application process” page on their websites. Start there.
I assume you know you need to schedule an interview, take the SSAT, ask for recommendations from teachers (ASAP = immediately). With so little information it is awfully hard to actually help you.
Are you really asking for other schools you might apply to?
Score well on the SSAT - at least 90% if you want to apply for FA. Polish on your interview skills, and ask rec letters from teachers who have known you really well and are willing to REALLY write about you. If you play sports, definitely mention it to the admission folks, as Taft guys take great pride in their athletics. Good luck!
