My son was assigned to JRC Bonnell 012 - any feedback on that dorm?

I don’t know much about it either…my son was assigned to Bonnell 007, so looks like they will be down the hall from one another. I’d love to have some info on Bonnell as well.
That’s great. My son’s name is Garrett. He’s arriving on the 10th for soccer, so I can post some information then for you if you’d like… I know my son was happy with the dorm because he was told “JRC has the best water pressure” 
That would be great!! My son is Davis…he is also happy because it is very close to the dining hall! haha.
sounds like JRC is pretty bad. I mean its Emory so the dorms are generally pretty nice but I hear its not that great from my friends that came from Oxford.
The hierarchy is …Fleming> Elizer/Murdy > JRC > Haygood.
@thecoolboy1234 your hierarchy is pretty much correct, to be honest (coming from an Oxford grad). The JRC isn’t the best, but it’s not completely terrible.
Okay… Bonnell is one of the older dorms and does not look to have been updated but overall is not too bad… both our sons are in what I would consider the dungeon… it didn’t help that half the lights in the hall were out (we told the RA who “hadn’t noticed” the lack of lighting :-)). Assuming this will be fixed by next week. They have windows but much of the room is below ground level so they don’t get a ton of light. Rooms are much smaller than those we saw in the other older dorm (Hagood) when we visited. The good news it that it is a very short hall (maybe 7 or 8 rooms) so there will be fewer people down there and my guess is won’t have a lot of traffic as the main hall where you come in from the quad. The RA - Evan seems very nice as does Victor the RA of the main hall above. Pictures on the Oxford site for JRC are accurate and not a ton of storage (three drawers and a closet) so you really will need under bed storage. The beds can be lofted up to about 5 feet so you can get a ton under there - let me know an email if you’d like me to send some pictures I took.
