Book lists not available?

Am I missing something, or are none of the book lists for fall 2017 classes available yet? We’re three weeks away from move in day, and I’d have thought they should be available by now. Or are we clicking the wrong link?

Professors are likely on vacation and didn’t post them. I wouldn’t worry. You can get books at the bookstore when you are on campus or order them on Amazon (especially if you have prime) once you get to school, go to class, and get the syllabus for each class.

I should clarify I’m posting for my son  . I was concerned b/c DS’s older two siblings, at a different school, were able to order their books much earlier than this, and the college where I’m an adjunct lists their books at registration time. I thought the latter was an accreditation requirement, but maybe that’s just our provost trying to get our professorial butts in gear so the book store can get their books way before the deadline.

Professors usually wait till the week before move-in day, or even till the first day of classes to share their syllabus (which includes the book(s) needed for the course). Your son should check UBlearns or his email and see if professors emailed or posted their syllabus. Also, I’d recommend your son trying to download PDF’s for books they need or renting. Much cheaper options.
