Book Recommendations for SAT2 Math2/Bio

I know this is not the right thread for this, but I have not received any replies in other threads.

I'm going to take Math 2 and Bio E coming October. I read some review for the Barron's subject test book for each subject and they both got fairly bad reviews, especially the Math 2. Are there any books that you all have used and resulted in success? (750+ for each is what i'm looking for at this point).

I used the Collegeboard books. But they’re all probably fine. Choose between Barrons/Collegeboard/Princeton Review for whichever one is the best deal for the number of exams you get. Practice exams are key.

Barron’s for Math 2 is reputed to be the best, but I got it but it didn’t really help me, either. :stuck_out_tongue:

I highly recommend Cliffsnotes for Biology. Most people would be like “Cliffsnotes? What?” but it really is excellent in that one area. It’s really, really good in my opinion (it has the best review summaries). I got a perfect on my Bio-M with it and I recommended it to a friend who also got a 780. Hope this helps.

I’ve heard about cliffnotes/sparknotes being good for biology. However, is this book for the SAT 2 or the AP?

you’re right, it’s for the AP. However, it covers the same materials as on SAT2. I have not encountered anything on SAT2 that was not covered in the Cliffsnotes AP Bio book.

Barron’s and CollegeBoard. You don’t need anything else.
