Just wondering what my chances might be for regular decision class of 2020. I’ve been looking at Boston College for a while, but I’ve recently become worried about my GPA. I’ve found it really hard to figure out what the GPA that colleges will recalculate is because it’s so varied, so that is my major concern. Also, if it makes a difference, I’m probably pursuing a major in Government and/or History. Thanks.
Academics
-GPA: 4.522 (weighted, school uses a weird system), 3.7 (unweighted, again school uses a weird system) (it could also be up to a 3.8 if calculated using a more standard system).
-ACT: 31 (June 2015)
-SAT: 2060 (Super scored from January and March) I took a third time in October but still waiting on a score. I think it probably is higher maybe in the 2100s.
-SAT Subject Tests: US History: 780, Biology E: 740
-AP Exams: US History: 5, Calculus AB: 5, English Language: 5, Comparative Government: 5
-Rigor: Any time I could took APs and/or honors I did.
