Boston College?

Okay, I'm pretty new to actually posting on this site, so please forgive me if I leave a ton of standard information out.
Anyway, I'm going to be a senior once summer is over and I'm REALLY nervous about applications. As the title reads, Boston College is my main goal for college. I feel like I'm really on the border and could use some advice. I'm planning on doing something in the medical field. Here are my basic stats thus far:

GPA unweighted: 4.0

GPA weighted: 4.49

AP scores: human geography, world history, and biology were all 4's. I'm waiting on my chemistry (maybe a 3? Not sure. The test format changed and my teacher wasn't very good), US history (4 or 5), calc AB (3 or 4), and English language (no idea)

Test scores: my test scores are the things that scare me. I've had bad luck with them and run into problems every test (family deaths etc.)
SAT+writing: 1930. I've taken it once and I wasn't able to study.
ACT +writing: 30s on both times. If superscored, a 31
SAT subject: scores aren't out, but I know I didn't do very well. There was a family death during this and my second ACT.

Extra curriculars: tons of random clubs, although I haven't stuck with one for more than 2 years. Math, English, science, and history honor societies. President of East Asian Culture Club. Service clubs. 100+ volunteer hours. No high school sports, but I horseback ride regularly outside of school.

What do you think my chances are? I attend a Catholic school, if that makes any difference.
ALSO, should I retake the SAT and try to score higher (which I will because I was hungry the first time haha) instead of retake the subject tests? I know that submitting SAT scores would require me to also submit subject tests, but I don't know if I should retake the SAT for the sake of other colleges and sacrifice subject tests. There's only 1 test date before early decision.

Sorry if this was practically a whole novel, but I'm on my phone so the formatting is gross and this will all probably look disgusting on a desktop.

OH and my school doesn’t rank, but I’d guess top 10%, if not 5%. I know very few people with all A’s, and I’ve taken numerous summer classes, sacrificed lunch for classes, and have taken an online class.

So you see my problem here? Test/AP scores are mediocre and scare me, even though my school performance is amazing.

And one last question: do schools see attendance records? Mine was awful this year, but good the other years. All of them are excused, however.

BC: High match
