Hi guys! Don’t worry you will find out soon enough, please do not worry yourselves sick about this. My D is a freshman in CGS (she applied regular decision for CAS but got into CGS instead; very happy there). If I remember correctly an email came around the same time the online decision came, and it came on a Saturday, so I don’t think it matters if the offices are open or not. A hard copy came in the mail a couple of days later. Don’t know if they do ED the same way.

i’m curious, did anyone else take SAT subject tests?
i took the math 1 and got a 730, but for biology i got a 640… i’m wondering what the averages are for other applicants this year, it’s making me so nervous!

yeah nothing for 5… not trying to toy with our tender hearts but i have heard of people finding out from colleges at 8:30. idk if BU would do that, but it is totally possible.

No, when you get your decisions AND are ACCEPTED, you will be notified at the same time IF you were selected for presedential 20,000. Not all accepted applicant will receive, much like any other application process

Please tell me if you guys think i’ll get accepted. I can’t wait to find out!!

SAT: 1330/1600 (730 Math)
1900/2400

GPA: 3.7 Cumulative (first three years
3.55 unweighted

Sent my first quarter grades: 4.11 Weighted with 3 AP’s 1 HN
Previously took 1 AP 2 HN
Wrote essay about club i started in school. Called eSports Club. About eSports (competitive video games) for those who know what that is.

Tell me what you think my chances for admission are, and i’m refreshing like everyone else :)))

i can already see this taking till the 15th… anyways. I applied for Bio but want to switch to Biomedical Engineering. Too late now…I hope they don’t make it difficult on me if I get in.

Alexandra: i feel like we will be notified both ways at the same time. so we will get an email and also an update on applicant link. so just keep refreshing both haha

How do you guys feel about applying directly into a school at BU as opposed to General Studies? I applied to the Business School, so im just trying to see if its going to actually be a lot harder or not…

I applied to General Studies! I think it’s a bit easier to get in there… I mean obviously our stats still have to be good because it is BU. Applying to Business School is obviously going to be harder. But applying ED helps A LOT.
