Also, I don’t know if having average sat scores as an Asian applicant will hurt me? What do you guys think?

If I apply ED to Questrom and don’t get in, will BU consider me for CAS or CGS?

If I am accepted ED to CAS or CGS but not Questrom, is the decision still binding?

@lingnonut, in order to be considered for CGS if you aren’t accepted into your first choice major you have to check of the “yes” box on the common app that says you want to he considered for CGS.

If you are accepted to CGS you will have to complete 2 years of that program before being able to transfer to questrom.

I don’t think you will be accepted for CAS if you apply Questrom

Hi guys, I applied ED to CAS (& CGS just in case). I’m getting really nervous! Only 3 more weeks!

Has anyone’s application been reviewed yet? I was reading a thread from last year and apparently if a decision has already been made for you it will say “our records indicate that your application has been reviewed” or something along those lines. Mine still just says:
“Our records indicate that you have applied to the College of Arts & Sciences as an Early Decision candidate for the September 2016 semester. If this information is not correct, or if you would like to change the college or school of application, please call BU Admissions during regular business hours. Our records currently indicate that the following credentials are still required to complete your application for admission :Senior Grades (Mid-Year Report)”

Nothing about being reviewed…

Good luck to you all!

When do you guys think we will hear back??

I don’t think we will hear back for atleast another week

^ Yeah i think it’ll be a little over a week. I believe it’s on or before the 15th which is a Tuesday but I know in the past the decisions have come out the Friday/weekend before that.
