In it's supplement essay question (bowdoin col), it says--

Bowdoin is a liberal arts college which is unusually vibrant intellectually. Some students enter Bowdoin with a clear commitment to a particular course of study; others come considering a broader range of academic possibilities while seeking the intellectual path which most excites them. What all students will share is exposure to the breadth and depth the Bowdoin curriculum provides. Describe what you expect your academic journey at Bowdoin to include.

Plz suggest how do I focus subject matter on writing the essay? I mean, concentrating the essay on major and it's courses; my aim and all, --- or just that I can write about what I'd expect at Bowdoin from academics to ECs.

When it says "...you expect your academic journey..." should I not write about ECs and other activities?

How would you suggest me?
