Bowdoin Experience

So…who else plans on going?

I think I might fly up, but I’m confused about where we stay at night. Do we need to get a hotel or what?

Supposedly, they take care of our arrangements. I'm planning on going. So all you have to do is fax or send them the information about attending the "experience" by this up coming wednesday.

I was hoping I'd get to crash with some current students in the dorms...

Are only certain students invited, because I got nothing about this in my admissions packet, and I couldnt really find anything out online.

Ok guys here's the deal from what I (a Bowdoin Freshman) know.

you'll be sleeping in a room with a current bowdoin student. You'll be able to go to classes with them on friday, eat lunch with them, party with them, go to the gym with them, play pool, or help check their mail. Or you can do your own thing and only return to their room to sleep.

I just received my schedule of events and ticket in the mail today. Is anyone else showing up late Thursday??? I won't get there until after the "ice breaker"...

Is this thing this weekend?

Don't worry Brownsurfer. Sounds like kids will be arriving all throughout the day and evening. My D won't get there until sometime during the icebreaker.

ok. thanks ccgmom. As long as I'm not the only one.
