when i say cute its generally sarcastic.
which isn't saying much, because 90% of what comes out of my mouth is sarcastic.

Nothing wrong with being random, nice, or sarcastic! Hmm, I figure I might as well add another story. Okay, here goes:

Last year, I was completely in love with this boy named Ethan. Well, my best friend and I came up with a half-witted plan to "ensnare" the men of our dreams, and in a fit of mental abstraction, I called the plan "Project: The British are Coming." Don't ask why....

Well, a few months later, all my attempts to start talking to him had ended disastrously, and I was ready to give up. That same day, I go to pick up my little sister from her middle school band practice. The very first girl to exit the door was running and screaming at the top of her lungs "THE BRITISH ARE COMING, THE BRITISH ARE COMING!"

On a side note, I've since become close friends with Ethan, and I don't think that the year I spent liking him was wasted. There were just a lot of coincidences that would happen to me in regards to him.

I'm new this year at my school, so I'm still in the process of meeting girls. I felt kinda nervous going into today because my face broke out a little bit due to stressing on a project the previous night. However, three hot girls came up to me and talked (bordering on flirting) to me. This makes me happy as before I've been totally oblivious to girls liking me because of low self-esteem. However, due to my belief of a self-balancing universe, I will have a bad experience with three girls tomorrow.

that's a bit...odd.

Stick to murphy's law. It's always worked for me in the past :)

redstapler....I have to agree that that is a bit odd. You believe in a "self-balancing" universe? crazy!

What's murphy's law?

Murphy's Law is a series of explanations to everything that goes wrong in our lives.

here are a couple of examples:

-In nature, nothing is ever right. Therefore, if everything is going right ... something is wrong (this relates to redstapler's post)

-If you think you are doing the right thing, chances are it will back-fire in your face

-No matter how long or how hard you shop for an item, after you've bought it, it will be on sale somewhere cheaper

-Given a large initial time to do something, the initial effort will be small.
As time remaining approaches zero, the effort approaches infinity.
-Corollary: If it weren't for the last minute, nothing would ever get done.

-The two thing no man can ever understand; Women and what makes all men complete damn fools over women.

-Traffic is inversely proportional to how late you are, or are going to be.

-Anything good in life is either illegal, immoral or fattening

-Love is a matter of chemistry; sex is a matter of physics (lol)

that sounds like a terrible way to live life.

why would anyone want to? That sounds depressing!

is this for only girls?

it's funnyyy...

don't some of the laws apply to your life whether you like it or not?

you make whatever laws you want to apply to you, its your choice! :)

Sure, some of the laws apply, but not enough to make it accurate :)

everything that can go wrong will go wrong

nothing ever goes according to plan and if it does it's because you've done something wrong

if you need to ask wheather you're fat or not, don't bother because you are

don't worry about putting your things in order because the second you need to find that particular homework assignment you will lose it... (and it will pop back up when it is too late for the homework assignment to be worth anything... or you've already redone it)

true words. and no, this thread is not only for girls.

I wish it hadn't come to this...

Matt Damon or Ben Affleck?

[bump]

like who is hotter? Definitely Matt Damon.

Yes...and Affleck has just got that "He...I"m hot...you're not...who needs brains?" kind of look, which is not hot at all. :)

Coming from a straightie male, definitely Matt Damon. I can see why chicks like Brad Pitt or Matt Damon, but I can't see Ben Affleck's apparent "hotness."

yup Matt Damon for sure
