Are these videos any good? I am almost done with my Cliffs AP biology book, and I am going to start reviewing it tomorrow. Do you think watching all of the biology videos is a good idea?

The way memory works is that if you’re being stimulated in more than one way (such as by sight when reading or audio with the video), you have more things to reference to when you’re trying to remember something. If you’re sure you went through EVERYTHING in Cliff’s, then make one quick flip through it (<1 hour) and relax with the videos. They’ll reinforce Cliff’s and your entire year of AP Bio without asking much effort from you, but there’s actually a problem with that. When you’re not actively trying to watch the video, like if your getting bored or distracted constantly, it can be very ineffective. Just do whatever to pay attention and they’ll be good for you.
