Scores online today. I got a 5 in IB Spanish SL, which I'm happy about 'cuz I hardly studied and my teacher was horrible.

and I got a 6 in mathematics sl!!!!!! I'm stoked cuz I studied my butt off for that one.

I know 5s and 6s don't sound very good to a lot of you who have all 6s and 7s, but at my school it's practically unheard of to get 7s. I guess our program just isn't that good. a 6 is basically the high score so YAY :D

I got the IB Diploma, but barely.
Econ SL: 5
Physics HL: 2
History of Americas HL: 4
French SL: 6
English HL: 5
Maths SL: 5
Extended Essay: A!!!
ToK Essay: C (?)
Overall, my scores were very low, but considering the effort I put into the classes (virtually none) I didn’t expect much higher.
Was hoping for a 7 on French however.
My teacher predicted an A for my ToK essay XD but I got on A on the Extended Essay!!! SOOOO HAPPY ABOUT THAT ONE lol.

My class is the first IB class to graduate from my school, so we were all newbies. Still, I was able to pull two 6’s (English HL and French SL), two 5’s (HoA HL and Music SL) and two 4’s (Physics HL and Math HL). I’m really pleased! ToK and the extended essay… well, I’m glad they didn’t count for much. xD

I’m especially surprised by those 4s because in both of those tests, my classes went in and didn’t know the majority of the material. I had to study astrophysics on my own from scratch the night before the second physics exam. xD

HonorsCentaur, you may want to check with your IB coordinator as to whether you will receive the diploma or not. Unless the rule just changed, you will not be eligible due to your 2 in HL test.

You can’t get a 1 on anything. But if you get a 2 on a HL exam, then you need 28 points in total, instead of 24.
I got 29, cause of the 2 additional points from ToK and Extended Essay.

I’m ecstatic about spanish but just a little disappointed in ITGS. My classmates and I knew we were doomed because we were basically the guinea pigs for that class because it was the first year our school offered it and no one had any idea what they were doing. Oh well! A 4 may not be brilliant but at least I didn’t fail :D

I only took the IB Physics SL exam this year.
I got a 5 and I’m ecstatic that I didn’t fail because after the first two papers in the afternoon, I chose sleep over studying the optionals for paper 3!
