My son is deciding between two colleges and is leaning towards Brandeis, although I would like him to attend Wesleyan. He has ADHD and will need organizational support even though he is quite independent and has been very successful in high school (especially in the last year). I believe that both schools have good science departments but Brandeis does not seem to have a good handle on disability accommodations and support -- but I hope I'm wrong because my son seems to have his heart set on that school. In making this decision, I just want him to go to the school with the best fit and where he will be successful in sticking to his love for Physics as a major and his dream of becoming a doctor. I don't want him to discouraged by being too academically overwhelmed without adequate support. Anyone have any advice between Brandeis and Wesleyan? Both schools provided almost a full financial aid package. I would appreciate any insight. Thanks.
