<p>I just looked at the bright futures website and it looks like now to get the bright futures award one must fill out a FAFSA form. Is this for everyone regardless of graduating class or just for the 2011-2012 and beyond high school class?</p>

<p>If there is no FAFSA on file, there will be NO disbursement of any BF funds. I suggest you get this done ASAP. They are not doing a good job of getting the word out on this. The “change” becomes law July 1, effective immediately for the fall term FOR EVERYONE.</p>
<p>If you have the FAFSA filled out already for financial aid do you need to do anything?? For example send it in to BF or allow permission??</p>
<p>You don’t need to do anything if you’ve already filled out a FAFSA this year. It will have to be yearly.</p>
