Bring OOS student home mid semester break?

<p>Here’s another data point from someone that lives 10.5 hours from campus. We visited D in the fall. We missed her and guess what, she didn’t really miss us! </p>

<p>She stayed on campus for fall break. It’s a good time to catch up on homework, sleep, and laundry.</p>

<p>Went to get her at Thanksgiving. Drove her to grandpa’s house (lives in Alabama) for a few days and dropped her off at Bama.</p>

<p>My D had an offer for a Thanksgiving dinner by one of her Birmingham friends. The folks are soooooooooo nice at Bama.</p>

<p>This year it will be exciting during Thanksgiving and Iron Bowl. RTR!!!</p>

<p>Checking into flights for son to come home over mid semester break…are classes held on Columbus Day or is it a holiday?</p>

<p>Columbus Day October 8th appears to be a regular school day :)</p>
