<p>Haha. I’ve written stuff for my school paper, but that’s it.</p>
<p>I submitted my application on Friday the 30th but haven’t received any acknowledgement from the admissions office. I know it likely takes them a little while but is anyone in the same boat? I care so much about this it’s hard to not freak a little bit.</p>
<p>Jack, it usually takes about a week. I submitted mine the day after you and also haven’t gotten anything yet - but they probably got inundated those couple of days, so give it a little time.</p>
<p>I just applied ED to Brown PLME, but also ED even if I don’t get into PLME.
I was noticing though, that when I followed the link from my confirmation e-mail, Brown’s site had no confirmation next to my recommendation letters - which I know for a fact were sent a full month ago. Weird, or what? Has it just not been updated or have they really not received them?</p>

<p>I received an email this morning. I was really surprised about how fast he contacted me considering I only sent in my application sunday afternoon! Not complaining though haha… I’m actually pretty excited.</p>

<p>Crazy thing is that all my school forms were delivered at Brown on the 27th, and the Brown applicants’ page shows that they were filed in that very day. Wow, is there such a huge difference in mail volume between the 27th and the 31st!?</p>
<p>That’s cuz it depends on when Brown uploads the files and data. They don’t do this every day (from what I heard!).</p>
