I spent six weeks at brown this summer and developed a good relationship with one of my professors. When asked, he said he would be glad to write a recommendation but warned me of the fact that he had, in all actuality, only known me for six weeks and could therefore only say so much.

So my question is this: Is it worth it to send in a third recommendation from my professor at Brown along with my two teacher recs or would this simply weigh down my application? Is indicating on the application that I took classes here enough?

I sent like 5 letters of recommendation. One of the best came from a professor at Michigan State University for whom I worked for 16 weeks over two summers.

If you think that this professor has enough positive things to say about you and enough of a sense of your character to write something you'd want others to read, go for it.

If you're sending that letter just as evidence of your being at Brown for six weeks, that's a waste of the admissions officer's time.
