<p>I talked to Brown yesterday evening and they told me they have already completed their process and have made their “final” decisions. They are currently in the middle of selecting the transfers.

<p>REally? That hardly seems possible with almost every transfer's file showing as "incomplete" and the deadline for transfer apps still a week away!</p>
<p>I asked them about the "incomplete" status because I had an issue with that. They told me that they were having problems with their computer system. Brown told me that one day a student's file would show "complete" and the next day the computer would state that the file was incomplete. Who knows whats going on with them... I'm not very confident that this is a "well-oiled" machine.</p>
