<p>@mom22girls: yes it’s probable that some NY area students have gotten one. But that fact has no predictive worth for anyone else.
Absolutely no one who’s not a recruited athlete or a recipient of other Ivy LLs should be “looking” for a Brown LL.</p>

<p>Congrats everyone! I decided to put likely letters off my radar a long time ago, but then I got one the other day from Vanderbilt…probably won’t get anymore, but still. Gotta hope. Probably missed the Brown round – anyone get one who lives in Texas?</p>

<p>D Got one in Texas, also Got likely from Columbia. Was accepted SCEA Harvard, Which is her first choice.</p>
<p>If her first choice is Harvard, why not withdraw her other applications rather than take acceptances away from other applicants</p>
<p>Probably to compare financial aid packages I would guess. Not every one can afford IVY></p>
<p>D loves Brown but H maybe the choice because of finances. She says she wants to visit the 3 schools in April to make final decision. She did pull 4 other schools application. She says she is torn between the 3.</p>
