I’m OOS for Berkeley AND was a spring admit, so I’m basically ruling that one out. I’m leaning toward Brown or Wharton and I’m going to visit both next week. Your thoughts?

And also, if I get off the waitlist for Columbia, how would it stack up against Brown and Wharton?

What do you want to do? What draws you to each school? Under which environment do you feel you'll thrive academically? socially?

you're the same one who said you "deserved" to get into columbia and started talking crap about Williams (but only after you were rejected). please go to wharton by all means. That sort of thinking will not jive too well at Brown.

Wow, thanks for that wolfmanjack. I'm not going to listen to your terrible advice, by the way.

I just said those things about Williams and Columbia in jest-- I wasn't serious by any means. Yeah, I get a kick out of being abrasive sometimes, and it's probably wrong, but I'm just a teenager... seriously.

I'm definitely a humble person-- anyone who actually knows me knows that and that's all I care about. So, I'm sorry if your comments offended you... this is just a dumb college thread, and I probably won't post here anymore because apparently I'm such an egregious brute. haha. Geez.

good riddens

Are you serious? You're in college. Get a life. Losers.

If I were going into business, I would go to Wharton in a heart-beat. Business is all about networking, and Philly has much more business opportunities than in Providence. But that's only my own opinion.

It should be obvious - Wharton.

wharton is great if you are completely committed to a job in finance, banking, or management consulting.

berkeley is great if you are completely committed to a job in academia, particularly the natural or social sciences

if you don't fit into one of the above, my opinion is that brown is the best choice by a signigicant margin
