Brown vs Northwestern x Georgetown x Tufts

Hey! I’d like to know how Brown, Northwestern, Georgetown and Tufts are regarding the following criteria:

•I plan on going to law school (probably history or psychology undergraduate major), but I really want to get a theater/acting minor, so how would that work in these schools and how good are their drama programs
•International students financial aid + life: They have similar percentages of international students, but are these foreign students mostly sons and daughters of really rich and important people? Is the financial aid for international students any good? Are the colleges welcoming?
•How liberal are these schools (particularly Georgetown- is it very conservative?)
•How relaxed is the environment: I like to be challenged, but I don’t want to feel in constant competition with my peers. I prefer a more “chill” place rather then a cutthroat environment. My biggest concerns regarding this topic were Georgetown and Northwestern
•How diverse are the students’ interests: As I said, I want to go to law school, but I’d like to meet people with a broad range of interests, and not feel like I’m essentially in a pre-law college.
•How is the treatment towards minorities (ALL minorities) and how included they feel

I know I should wait to see if any of them accept me, but I just want to have a general idea. Thanks in advance!

I just noticed I switched from vs to x, Sorry! 8-X

Another thing I forgot to mention:
•How is the social scene? Regarding parties + bars/clubs + the city? I have a preference towards urban settings with lots of oportunities outside the campus

Northwestern has one of the best BA theater programs in the country. They do have a minor. Theater majors go through an acting curriculum as a class. I’m guessing a minor would not participate in that, but would have access to some acting classes.

Brown has a vibrant theater scene. Brown does not have minors, but you could double major or just take theater classes. Program is not as structured as Northwestern. from wiki:

I’ve heard Tufts has good theater. haven’t heard anything about Georgetown.

Brown students have extremely diverse and deep interests.

Brown is an extremely inclusive community.

•How liberal are these schools (particularly Georgetown- is it very conservative?)
Brown is the most liberal, closely followed by Tufts. Not sure about Northwestern but Georgetown is definitely more conservative but by no means actually right-leaning. But the Jesuit background, required religion classes, and on-campus issues with giving out condoms adds to that atmosphere.

•How relaxed is the environment: I like to be challenged, but I don’t want to feel in constant competition with my peers. I prefer a more “chill” place rather then a cutthroat environment. My biggest concerns regarding this topic were Georgetown and Northwestern
Brown is by far the most chill yet challenging school. It has some grade inflation and a very collaborative environment.

•How diverse are the students’ interests: As I said, I want to go to law school, but I’d like to meet people with a broad range of interests, and not feel like I’m essentially in a pre-law college.
Because of the open curriculum at Brown, there’s a huge diversity of student academic interests, but you’ll find that for sure at any school.

•How is the treatment towards minorities (ALL minorities) and how included they feel
Very open to minorities at Brown and Tufts, not sure about the others

@Paternostro I would go with Broen. More grade inflation than the others ( important for law school admissions), really great undergraduate focus and quality and people have very diverse interests. also it is very liberal.
