Brown vs Notre Dame

How do you guys feel about the two schools in terms of these 5 factors?

-Reputation (National)
-Value
-Grad. School Acceptance
-Job Placement
-Undergraduate Experience

I’ll talk to undergrad experience (I have a cousin going to ND).
If you want a big sports experience, ND is better.
If you want to live next door to people of the opposite sex, Brown is better.
If you want a liberal (for Catholics) environment, ND is better
If you want a liberal (for everyone else) environment, Brown is better
If you want to eat meat on fridays during lent in the dining halls, Brown is better.
If you want to have probably the least LGBTQ stigma in the nation, Brown is better.
If you’re a conservative who’s lived in a very conservative family, and need an outside perspective to form your OWN views, Brown is (likely to be) better.

Reputation: Brown. Strangely enough, Notre Dame is more recognizable of a school in America. However, Brown is an Ivy League school, is more selective, and ranks higher than Notre Dame in most departments. If you attended Brown, and had a friend who attended Notre Dame, and were asked by someone with a decent knowledge of colleges in America what schools you went to, chances are, he would be more impressed by you.

Value: Price-wise? These are the expenses of both schools, according to Collegeboard:
Notre Dame: $39,919 + $10,866 (Room and board)=50,785
Brown:$40,820 + $10,540 (Room and board)=51,360
Both schools cost about the same without scholarships and financial aid. Both are very good schools, and you would get your money’s worth from either.

Grad School Acceptance: No clue, look it up:
[Let me google that for you](<a href=“LMGTFY - Let Me Google That For You”>LMGTFY - Let Me Google That For You)

Job Placement: Sorry, again, no clue.

Undergraduate Experience: chsowlflax17 did this section pretty good justice. Just remember, what you put into it is what you get out of it.
