Since i was iffy about even attending orientation..i didn't send in my bruin card stuff early like i was supposed to! is it reallllly necessary to have it during orientation? mine is the first one on june 30th so i doubt i'll get it in time?

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. I need to go get a new picture taken too haha. Why can’t UCLA just take the picture for us. -__

you can take it at the orientation.
takes like 5 min.

yeah and it’s SO LAME how strict they are about the picture. i sent it in last friday with a picture printed from my computer and then this past friday i saw they received it but the resolution wasn’t good enough (???). i went to cvs and paid 8 friggin dollars to get a passport photo and i hope that better work, dammit.

pskate. tell me you’re kidding. holy jesus.

sophee, where did you find out they received your picture?

i called the bruincard place and was told nothing would appear on myucla until june 15th…

perhaps they mean that when they actually process your card. they posted an “urgent” note on (my) myUCLA saying they couldn’t process mine and I needed to send in a new picture.

oh that could be the reason

But really though, will UCLA take our pictures for us during orientation?? I’ve never heard of that anywhere…

I remember when I was going to Cal Poly, they took our ID card picture during orientation. It took forever though.

I plan on doing this the same week classes start.

I went to UCLA last wednesday and they took my picture said it would be in the mail a week before my orientation or I could pick it up at orientation.

where are you guys looking on myucla

there isnt anything up on myUCLA yet there wont be anything until June 15th. Sopheee had a urgent message pop up because they couldn’t use her picture.

Where did you go at UCLA to take your picture? I’m there all the time.

anyone else get this?
