<p>I do three times per day, and my mom says I should do it four times daily.</p>

<p>Back to the question. Twice a day. I use whatever brand happens to be on sale.</p>

<p>Well I brush twice a day. I’m a little OCD when I brush my teeth so I brush the inside and top of my teeth, wash off my toothbrush, get more paste and clean the outsides. Brushing my teeth alone takes about 5-7 minutes. Then I floss and use mouthwash.
I wouldn’t brush four times a day because I heard too much flourish is bad for you.</p>
<p>EDIT: I use Aquafresh 2X whitening, OralB floss and Listerine mouthwash</p>
