<p>Guys, you’ll be fine. Drexel will probably get back to you very soon with your UG decision (like this week), followed shortly by the BS/MD decision. Like TheBombingRange told me: keep hope. This BS/MD thing has a tendency to be a crapshoot. There are just so many aspects that go into these decisions. I got to say: every time my phone tells me I have a new message from my email, my heart jumps.</p>

executive board of international club, waskman student scholars (lab research, published twice), NHS, hospital volunteer, shadowed, relay for life committee member, volunteered at nursing home, tutor, stuff like that
gpa is around 4.3 (weighted, cumulative) but it had an upwards trend with my highest in junior year (4.5). 5 on my APs (bio and calc BC) and currently enrolled in 3 more. top 5% of my school (class of 800)… idk thought i’d get an interview… don’t know what happened 
my essays were pretty good, certainly not so bad that they’d reject me… idk…</p>

<p>@sjshah i’m praying for it. i sent my application in october 27th because i was afraid sandy hitting would disturb everything…which it did lol. but my application wasn’t complete until around the deadline date, probably a few days before it (cause of the recommendations and everything)</p>
<p>Ok, that gives me a bit of hope. I do believe we are both qualified to get the initial interview, at least. I guess we’ll find out very soon. Doesn’t BU interview about 1/5 of their applicants? B/c I think that’s a pretty good chance for both of us, don’t you?</p>
<p>Actually, I think its 1/8 get interviewed. Even so, I thought I had a good chance, and based on your stats you should’ve too. Hopefully this week brings good news to the both of us.</p>

SAT:2370 SATIIs: 750+; chem bio math a bunch of leadership in extracurriculars, president, captain, treasurer, I’ve had a ton of exposure to medicine but pretty much what everyone else applying has as well, volunteering, shadowing, internships, research, some clinical experience. No real hooks, but I am Asian so that brings me down a bit oh and I’ve got a sport in which I’ve got some state titles for. Also ranked 3 in a public school and have a 5 on 5 APs</p>

<p>Did anybody on here get an interview with Case? I saw one that was alternate, but other than that, idk who got an interview. Is everybody positive this is the last week for BU? Does anybody know when we hear from UConn?</p>
<p>@TheBombingRange I called BU last week and they said that interview notifications would only be given out in January, not in feb, so I’m pretty sure it’s the last week</p>
