Currently im in 10th grade and i want to go to a bs/md program for college. after a little research i have seen that these programs are crazy hard to get into. I want to get some feedback on what i need to improve and add to my resume in the next 2 yrs or so to get into one of these programs. ill give a few details about myself, but for the most part, my stuff is still empty, i.e SAT, ACT, AP courses.

thanks in advance for reading, i would lyk feedback on how im doing so far and what ill need to add in the next few years to get where i want to get

ok maybe i was a little unclear about this. i should have asked what i need i have to get into one of these programs. like SAT scores, and ACt scores and other things, like volunteer activities

By the way, a percentile is the percentage of people who did worse than you, not the percentage who did better. So the 3rd percentile would be a pretty terrible exam. I'm guessing you meant 97th.

I would begin with the following ECs -apply all your upcoming Summers toward these ECs. If you really want to get into one of these programs, don't spend your entire Summers visiting grandparents in India.

Hospital volunteering (Summer prior to Junior year)

EMT B license (you can do this during your Junior year)

doc shadowing (how about during the Summer prior to Sr year?)

As far as stats go, by the time you apply try to achieve following stats.
* GPA UW 3.8 to 4.0
* total SATs > 2200
* SATIIs (Chem, Bio, Math IIC) >750

Take a fair amount of AP courses your school offers. You need to demonstrate that you are in the top 5-10%.

Since you are a sophomore, if you make a concerted effort, you can achieve these stats.
