I know there's already been a board about this but I don't know where it is and I thought to create once since I'm going to boarding school now and you probably know what to bring more after a month. :D

So write stuff that isn't basic - like ... fans, or pictures of friends, or sparkly stuff, or red clothes, or something. Whatever. xD And just say what boarding school you go to if anything in your post is BS-specific.

Go Choate! =)

-TI 89 or 89 titanium for Exeter
I also recommend alarm clocks that run on battery (and change battery each term), in case power goes out in the middle of the night

What do people recommend getting once you're at the school and what to bring with you? (notebooks, other supplies, bed stuff?)

Especially, for those who go to Choate:

What do you recommend for classes, besides the textbook: one notebook and a folder? Or a notebook and a binder? Or a binder with loose-leaf paper in it?

This would be helpful, as I don't want to buy last-minute binders and notebooks before I get to school and on the other hand, I don't want any left over.

For people who go to Choate, please help!! Esp. for EN100, Geometry, Hon. or Reg. French I, Contemp. Issues, Physics.

I'd think that'd depend on your personal studying style...

I think the teachers will tell you what to bring on the first day of school, or maybe you'll get a list of supplies you need during the new student orientation.

they dont give u a supply list. olivia, i think im just gonna get a few notebooks and loose leaf paper as well as binders for each class. if u dont have enough stuff u can just go buy it there and if u have extras just keep it for next year
