BSN degree in midwest

I live in Minnesota and would like somewhere close. Preferably in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin. My concerns are the location, I want somewhere in driving distance, price, I'll need good scholarships in order to go to a private school, and getting into the nursing program.
Here are schools I have been looking at so far:
North Dakota State University
University of Wisconsin Eau Claire
University of Minnesota
University of North Dakota
College of Saint Benedict
University of Saint Catherine
Minnesota State University Mankato

My GPA is 3.90 unweighted
27 ACT
captain of dance team and possible interest in dancing in college
volunteer work (key club)
orchestra member

St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN
Luther College in Decorah, Iowa

Both have well respected programs, but neither are direct entry. With your grades in high school, I would think you would be admitted after your freshman courses are completed successfully.

university of illinois chicago, iupui, and purdue all have good nursing schools.

Loyola university-Chicago,Purdue, or IUPUI
