BU audition question

so i had my on-campus BU theatre audition today. i was only one out of two transfers and the other transfer is at Theatre BA at Pace. when we were in the holding room, lots of people were just hanging out and talking to the other auditioners and current BU students. i tried to split my time between hanging out and talking and warming up/rehearsing. i felt like the auditions were pretty short because on other CC posts ive read, people have had like 20 minute sessions, and these felt more like 10-15 but maybe i was just antsy? anyway, heres how it happened:
i had my audition with adam, a really friendly and welcoming (and tall!) auditor, and on the way to the “audition room”, we talked and joked around, just the usual banter/getting to know you. then i did my monologues the best way i could, i tried to be sincere and authentic and connected to my piece, but because i had picked a spot on the wall to focus on and wasn’t looking at the auditors (there were two, adam and brian), i didnt see their reactions. anyway, we just went straight through my monologues and we didnt even touch them! like no adjustments or feedback. and i was really looking forward to getting to play around with them and experiment, but we didnt do that. then we had a quick chat and he asked me some questions and i asked him some questions and then i thanked him and left. i think it was about 10-12 minutes.

i guess im just worried about the fact that he didnt give me any adjustments. one of the current students said he didnt get any adjustments and mccaela said to not read into whether or not they “work with you”, but im still freaking out!!! i felt good walking out of it, but not great, not like i nailed everything, but that i gave my best and my most genuine. BU is my first choice school, and the only other schools applying to are NYU, emerson, and USC (already got into UT non-theatre if i dont get into any of them). i took a class there this summer and my dad works there, so im hoping that might help a little. anyway, yup lol im kinda a mess rn X_X anyone have any feedback/advice? how should i follow up with them?

You can’t read anything into these auditions. Once you enter this business after college you will have to get used to leaving it all in the room, walking out and not thinking about it again. Most auditioners never get any feedback or information on their audition and if they don’t book the job they have no idea why. Hang in there. Wish I could tell you it gets easier.
