<p>Hey! Please help me out! I was recently accepted to both BUs to both of their college of engineering programs. I live in New York and I have no idea which one to choose! Each of them have their ups and downs and I need to decide ASAP!!!</p>
<p>If money wasn’t an issue, I’d go with Boston U- hands down. Boston U has great name recognition and that’s what hiring is all about. Boston U is also in, well, Boston ahha it’s a great city and a great college town. Bing., on the other hand, is in a depressing area, is underfunded, will continue to be underfunded with the new state cuts, and has little name recognition outside of New York. Boston University is the way to go!</p>
<p>I’m from Long Island btw, so I know first hand just how crappy Bing. is compared to other schools…</p>
<p>Binghampton is considered to be the second most obese town in the entire continental US… xD Other than that, it’s pretty quiet and far from city life.</p>
<p>I would go to BU without even taking a minute to think about it.</p>
<p>i had to make the same decisions and i was between the mostly because of financial reasons but i chose boston u in the end because the extra money was worth the experience.</p>
