BU CAS Honors program vs. University of Rochester

<p>I want to do pre-med and am trying to choose between BU and University of Rochester.
BU asked me to be in their Honors program and have given me a good financial aid package.
I still have to hear back about financial aid from University of Rochester.</p>

<p>Does anyone know if med schools prefer people who graduate from honors programs?
Which college would be a better choice for someone doing pre med?</p>

<p>Medical schools do not care where you go to undergrad. They do not care if you were in an honors program or not.</p>

<p>Medical schools look at your GPA, your MCAT scores, your clinical experience, your volunteer work, your research and publications, leadership positions and your home state residency when applying to public medical schools.</p>
